THANK YOU for considering Templeton Valley Farms for your fresh produce supply.

Here are a few items to remember about our farm box subscription, our farm stand, and our payment/cancellation policies.

Please read this page of policies and procedures BEFORE filling out the google form to sign-up. After you fill out the sign-up form, you will be notified via email within a week of receiving your responses to complete the sign-up process.

Interested in signing up for a Farm Box Subscription?

First, decide the size box you want and the frequency of pick-up!

Our Farm Box subscription is a commitment to pick-up a produce box from us weekly or biweekly (every other week). We offer two size produce boxes. There is an additional charge for add-ons like eggs for $10. The number of items in the box is determined by value of the items.

Full size Farm Box: $30 per box

Half size Farm Box: $18 per box

Second, decide if you want any Add-ons!

When you sign up, you will have the opportunity to add-on to your subscription. We offer freshly laid free range eggs as an add-on to your box subscription for $9/dozen. The total cost for a full size farm box with eggs is $39 and a half size farm box with eggs is $27.

If you do not need eggs included with every box, extra eggs will be available for purchase at the farm stand on pick-up day and sold over the weekend (subject to availability).

Third, fill out the sign-up form!

The sign up form is located at the bottom of this page. But before you fill out the sign-up form, please keep reading this page carefully to understand the next steps and to understand our payment and cancellation policies.

Fourth, wait for a follow up email and complete the sign-up process!

Once you have filled out the sign-up form at the bottom of this page, you will be contacted by the Farm Manager within one week of submitting your responses to complete your sign up process. You will be able to schedule your first box pick-up date and set your pick-up schedule. The final part of our sign-up process is getting your credit card information on file for recurring payment for your farm box. We use the point of sale app called Square for taking payments and the information we will ask you for is your full name, cc number, expiration date, cvv number, and billing zip code.

Important Subscription Policies

Please read carefully!

Pick-Up Day

Your Farm Box will be available for pick-up at the farm stand on Fridays during regular hours 9am-5pm. Please know that we assemble farm boxes Friday morning before 9AM, therefore pick up is encouraged earlier on Friday for optimum freshness. Additional produce may be purchased at this time and can be added to the charge for your box that week.

A pick-up reminder email will be sent out Thursday afternoons/evenings for the following day pick-up.

Payment Policy

Our payment policy starting in 2022 is that all customers will be charged for their box on Friday by 5pm of their regularly scheduled pick-up week whether they have picked up their box or not.

If it is your week to pick up a box and you know you cannot make it, to avoid being charged send us email letting us know so by the WEDNESDAY of your normally scheduled pick up week. If you let us know by Wednesday that you need to skip, pause, or cancel your box we will not pack a box for you and you will not be charged.

Cancellation Policy / Skips or Pauses

If you need to skip, pause, or cancel your Farm Box subscription, please notify us via email by Wednesday the week of your regularly scheduled pick up to avoid being charged! Please email us notification at templetonvalleyfarmers@gmail.com

Customers who do not pick-up their box on Friday will be allowed to claim it by sending us an email arranging to pick it up over the weekend. If we do not hear from you by Sunday we will donate your box.

Skips- skips refer to skipping one week of regularly scheduled pick-up. This is most commonly requested as option for a week when you are going to be out of town.

Pauses- pauses refer to skipping 2-3 weeks of regularly scheduled pick-up. This is offered as an option if you will be out of town for an extended period of time but do not want to cancel your membership entirely.

Cancellations- cancellations refer to canceling your subscription indefinitely. If you ever wish to rejoin the farm box subscription, you may, however you will need to go through the sign-up process and possible waitlist again.
